Heart Smart Kids Contest!
Each winner receives the following prize-pack:
A Certificate of achievement and letter from Ticker, 1 Workout
with Ticker DVD or Video, 1 Monkeys Don't Wear Shoes
exer-songs CD, 1 Ticker t-shirt , 1 Ticker Exercise Mat, Ticker
stickers, A Ticker tattoo, ruler and pencil.
Ticker wants to hear how you stay heart healthy! Children
from ages 2 and up are eligible to enter!
Submit the following*:
- Entry
form
- A recent photo
- A letter to Ticker about how you are heart healthy
- Complete 1-week of the My
Healthy Ticker chart
- An original drawing of Ticker or something heart healthy
* submissions that are missing any of the above 5 components
will not be considered
1 winner for each month. Entries will be good for up to
1 year.
