Warm-up Story - The Circus Train
It is important that children do a warm-up at the beginning
of any exercise session. A warm-up stretches their muscles,
making them respond better.
Basic Exercise - The Peanut Push
Children need muscular strength to meet the daily demand
placed upon their bodies. Having sufficient muscular strength
enables them to maintain good posture, to push and pull
objects and to enhance performance in games and sports.
Cardio Workout - 4 fun new songs plus the
favourite "Wheels on the Bus"
Children will become stronger and more energetic by following
a regular cardio-respiratory fitness program. They will
discover that they can work and play for longer periods
of time without getting tired.
Stretching and Relaxation - 2 songs for
cooling down
The "Stretch" song helps to settle the children
down, restore blood flow back to normal and improve their
balance and co-ordination.
